Terrible Twos Tantrums

A child starts to talk when he/she is more than 12 months old, but it is true that he/she does understand more than what he can speak. A child is obviously aware of his wants, but he cannot communicate his words very well. Due to their natural weakness in expressing the words, many of the parents do not respond to their demands, which ultimately results in a temper tantrum.
