What Kind of Vegetables Like Full Sun to Grow?

Nearly all vegetables prefer full sun with the exception of rhubarb and mushrooms. Cool season leafy vegetables such as lettuce, spinach and kale will tolerate some light shade but grow faster in full sun. Full sun is a minimum of six to eight hours.
